Terms and Licence
These notes explain the intended use of Zequence Digital finance model templates, reviews, setup support, and custom finance modelling services. They are commercial guidance for the order process and do not replace a signed statement of work for custom projects.
Purchased templates are for internal business use by the buying organisation. Redistribution, resale, marketplace listing, public sharing, or packaging into another commercial product requires written permission from Zequence Digital.
Digital template packs are prepared for email delivery after payment confirmation. Expert review, setup, and custom work begins after scope, data requirements, and delivery expectations are agreed.
Digital template files are usually non-refundable after delivery. If there is a delivery issue, wrong file, or wrong pack selection, contact Zequence before using the file so it can be corrected.
Do not submit sensitive finance files through public forms. For custom packs, files should be shared only through an agreed secure channel. The browser finance tool is designed for session-only working data and includes a Clear All control.
Finance models support planning and analysis, but they do not replace professional judgement, accounting review, tax advice, legal advice, or investment advice. Users are responsible for reviewing assumptions and outputs before decisions are made.
